Introducing Catt and Dawie du Plessis: Stitch This and Simplyfly Suits are two interlinked businesses in the beautiful New Zealand North Island.

Simplyfly Suits was created in 2016 out of a necessity for a New Zealand designed and manufactured, made to measure, skydiving apparel for the world renowned and usually very busy New Zealand skydiving industry. We manufacture jumpsuits as staff uniforms as well as tandem customers suits for numerous skydiving centers around New Zealand as well as globally. We also offer made to measure individual jumpsuits, pants, swoop shorts and camera wing jackets for every day skydivers, wind tunnel flyers and canopy pilots.

Stitch This was founded out of necessity during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic that effectively stopped New Zealand Tourism, and by extension the New Zealand Skydiving industry. We applied the knowledge and skills we learned in apparel manufacturing to create innovative, fun and quality every day products we saw a need for. During the initial 5 weeks of Level 4 lockdown, it became apparent that our head of ideas was going to be our 5 year old daughter, who also became our head of product testing. Some of the things we currently make include: Recycled sail bags, Dog Collars, Handle bar  Bags, Pillow Cases,  Book Bags, Face Masks and even a branded flag.
