Our sail bags are made from reclaimed sails. We source these from New Zealand Sail manufacturers and instead of them ending up in landfill, we turn them into beautiful, unique and practical bags.

We specifically search out the imperfections and stitch lines in the old sails to ensure every bag is a “one of a kind”.

The fabric itself is STRONG, durable and water resistant. We use upholstery grade Nylon thread for our seams, Canvas or Cordura for our contrasting colors, New Zealand made webbing for our handles and unless we line the bag with a polyester water resistant lining, we finish the seams with binding tape. Every handle gets a Box X stitch at the top to make it even stronger.

We can even embroider on the pocket for a more personalized bag. Price on request.
